——记我校2013年春季学期第一次全体教工会议

 

    2012年2月21日,我校全体教工集中多媒体教室,召开2013年春季学期开学第一次工作会议。会议由学校行政副校长吴丽娟主持。

会上,学校冯青能校长首先详细解读2013年工作总框架和2013年春季学期工作要点。本学期,我校将以提高效益和质量为目标,通过自治区示范性普通高中验收,确保中考、高考、会考成绩优异为工作中心,增强管理效益,提升学校品味,提高教育质量,在管理、德育、教学、科研、后勤等各方面求突破,谋发展,实现2013年工作“四加两增个基本点”“四加”即教研教改加力度,全面育人加力度,特色工作加力度,班级管理加力度;“两增”即教学质量增高度,体育图音增亮度。“四个基本点”即安全稳定,学生发展,教师有为,教学有效)。

 在其他部门领导进行开学工作布置后,党总支李小明书记意味深长的说到,2013是蛇年,蛇有个习性,就是要蜕皮短痛后迎来新生展现出如朝阳般蓬勃的生命力回顾我们人类自己,这个世界,不管身处何,扮演何种角色,生活一段时间之后,难免会滋生一些“陈皮”——陈旧的理念、过时的经验、消极的意志、难免的错误、恶劣的习惯、不再适合自己的人和事……。这些“陈皮”、“旧皮”,不知不觉中,它们会禁锢我们的身与心,极大地阻碍我们的思与行,成为禁锢我们的前进枷锁。为了我们的事业更好地发展,为了我们自己更健康地成长,李书记提到,希望全体教工能师从于蛇,学其蜕皮之大智慧与大意志,清理和抛却自己的各种“旧皮”, 像蛇一样自我更新,实现自我之超越,在新的一年造就一个全新的“我”!
